I’ve noticed recently that replay on my Horizon box is almost never available on most channels anymore. I’ve de-activated and re-activated replay but it still doesn’t work on most channels. The message always says the content isn’t available for replay. What is happening???

It’s happening again. Am I going to have to do unplug it several times a day now, especially during the Christmas season when I am not able to watch or record everything I want? Or is UPC actually going to fix the problem?

@catflap , Can you please disconnect your device from power once and then turn it on again? The cause should be fixed since yesterday evening / today.
