just came back back after a week away and the guide is no longer working. Press guide on remote, guide screen comes up, but it is blank. Tried unplugging box but did not help. Pressing menu I have no “Toolbox” option available.

Sorry to hear about that. Did you contact our customer support in the meantime and were my colleagues able to help you? In case your issue still persits (I hope not of course), kindly ask you to check the following:
Change Day took place on April 20. Maybe you only need to refresh the channels, or even need to completely restore your Mediabox. to the factory settings.
