I’ve been having problems with my internet for months now, I’ve attached some screenshots below.
I get very high ping, constant timeouts, it’s very annoying.
A technician was sent the last time, did nothing, still got charged the 99CHF.
I’ve moved to another address back in october, got charged the 99CHF fee, still have the same problems I had before.
