Ciao, Diversi anni fa ho acquistato Xplora X5 play e-Sim da Sunrise insieme a un contratto. Tutto andava bene fino a quando Sunrise ha disattivato il 3G. Subito dopo, le chiamate telefoniche hanno smesso di funzionare. La trasmissione dati 4G funziona come prima. Il supporto di Sunrise ha confermato che ho VoLTE attivato per la mia e-Sim. Anche l'azienda Xplora afferma che il modello X5 supporta VoLTE di default e che non possono attivarlo o disattivarlo: "Per il VoLTE questo è già preinstallato e abilitato su tutti i nostri orologi". Pertanto, hanno proposto di ripristinarlo completamente, cosa che hai fatto con successo, ma nulla è cambiato. Significa che gli orologi hanno smesso di essere compatibili con Sunrise?

Several years ago I bought Xplora X5 play e-Sim from Sunrise together with a contract. Everything was fine until Sunrise switched off 3G. Right after that the phone calls stopped working. 4G data transmission works as before. Sunrise support confirmed that I have VoLTE activated for my e-Sim. Xplora company also says that X5 model supports VoLTE by default and that they can't activate it or disactivated it: "For the VoLTE this is already preinstalled and enabled on all our watches". Therefore they proposed to completely reset it what you've successfully done but nothing changed. Does it mean that the watches stopped being compatible with Sunrise?

Your Xplora watch will no longer work until the company releases an OTA update for the phones that fixes the issue. The watches are unlocked in the network. Please contact the manufacturer with your question as to why the watch has stopped working.

Daniele_Sunrise Yes, I've contacted them. However they say their watches have VoLTE enabled by default therefore they don't plan to release any OTA updates for the X5 Model.

I wonder, why Sunrise has a notification that the XPLORA X6 Pro Smartwatch is not compatible with the Sunrise network on the smartwatch xplora page:

I guess it could be the reason why X5 Xplora watch doesn't work in Sunrise, for the same reason as X6 then.
