JEDI You can always stop subscriptions by texting "STOP" to the shortcode you are receiving the SMS from. Please note that it is not possible to charge you without your interactions. That beeing said you have either gone through a webside and confirmed your purchase by entering the received PIN or you have subscribed via sending a message to the shortcode.

Xydocq sii I've had the same problem with one of my cellphone plans. It's almost impossible to get the money back. They charged me 3 weeks 😡 a total of Fr. 30.00. You can also check on MySunrise what is blocked and edit the block list as you wish.
