Ciao, per giorni il mio downlaod e la velocità uplaod non sono per quello che sto pagando…. La mia velocità di Downllaod di solito è di circa 2200-2500 MB e caricare 100 MBS .. ora sono circa 1200 MBS con caricamento solo 1-2 MB ... è molto lento ... Non ho cambiato porte, il Carablee è lo stesso culo prima di quando ha avuto la velocità aaderna…. Ti ho fatto sì che lo stesso importo dispositivi OD collegati a quando funzionava, quindi nulla è cambiato sulla mia configurazione ... Ho provato a eseguire strumenti diagnostici ma nulla mi ha aiutato ..

Hello, for days my downlaod and uplaod speed are not for what I’m paying…. My downllaod speed usually is around 2200-2500 mbs and upload 100mbs.. Now its around 1200 mbs with upload just 1-2 mbs… It’s very slow…. I didn’t changee any ports, the caablee is the same ass beefore whenI had the aadvertised speed…. I havee thee same amount od devices connected as when it was working so nothingg changed on my setup… I’ve tried to run diagnostic tools but nothing helped..

Thank you for your Request.

In this case I would suggest to call the hotline 0800 707 707, because they have some Tools on which we unfortunately cannot access and it is much easier to help with the support when they also can test the speed themselves.

You’ll just have to be at home so the Call Agents can take tests.
