Un esempio è stato oggi: le connessioni sono state eliminate intorno alle 12:20 e alle 17:45. Hi Sunrise,

Over the recent weeks we have been experiencing sporadic disconnects off the internet and also performance drops. An example was today: connections got dropped around 12:20 & 17:45.
We work from home a lot so we are highly dependent on a stable connection with steady performance.
Please verify what is the cause of this…

The signal values of your connection are OK. As a first test, we have switched your modem to IPv4, which will be completed in a few minutes. Please test it again afterwards and get back to us.

I have also noticed that you are only connected with 100mbit via LAN, although 1Gbit is possible on LAN 1-3 and even 2.5Gbit on LAN 4.

Hi Sunrise, we gave it some workdays to check.
It seems to have been resolved.
We havent had random disconnects anymore, also the speed seems fine.

Dear Sunrise, since days the sporadic internet interruptions have returned. Sometimes all day it goes well and then at night, like just now I get a few disconnect per hour. (Started today around 22:55)

For us as frequent gamers & WFH’ers it’s becoming problematic. Please look into this and find the root cause of this.
