Starting Wednesday (3.09.25), the new software version 5.20 will be gradually rolled out on our TV boxes (HFC & IPTV). Not everyone will receive it immediately—but if you are among the first, we would appreciate your feedback!

I changed a few channels on 5.19 just to take a mental note of how it is.

Then I upgraded the box (via rebooting) and … it doesn’t seem quicker, just different. The old channel kind of freezes and then it flips to the new one.

The transition does look a bit a better/smoother. I’m sure it’s not any faster, but that doesn’t matter as it was already fast enough!

Note: I have the “old” (not IPTV) box.

Is this also a thread where we can talk about other firmware issues that (I think) need to be fixed?

When recording a series and looking at recordings, the system always highlights the latest one. Why would I want to see the last episode of a series before watching the earlier ones? I have to scroll up each time.
