After reaching the team and reporting a move, we as family were promised to receive the new modem, connect it and get internet and the contract to be the same price as the previous one. All I needed to do was, activate the new internet with the code and the new modem, contact the team for price adjustment and get it done.
The first guy with whom we made the “report a move”, he told me that he going to write so they know that when I call to adjust the price which was 42.95 Fr. I reached them, and after long waiting and long discussion they send me confirmation per mail and guess what? The new bill was 70.00 Fr. That is + 27.00 Fr. more.
The promising price adjustment was not fulfilled, the subscription is the same Up Home L, but it got more expensive for no reason.
For the good customer service we took 10 minutes and even gave 10 star rating with explanation why it is a 10 star. But in the end who cares? The customer from being happy, became unpleased.
I cannot find the mail for support, neither I have enough time after work to call and discuss again and again.
The bill was paid, but if the old price is not coming back, I’m going to take time and decide if I stay with Sunrise. Because 12×27=324.00 Fr. more per year.
