In a vibrant community like ours, it’s essential that members quickly find relevant content and stay connected with the right people. That’s where the “Follow” feature comes in – a small but powerful tool for more personalization and engagement.
🔍 What does “Follow” mean?
The “Follow” feature allows users to follow other members. Once you follow someone, you’ll be notified about new posts, replies, or activities – depending on your personal notification settings.

Get updates on topics from people you care about – without searching the entire platform.
- Increased Engagement:
Targeted notifications keep you active and ensure you don’t miss exciting discussions.

Moderators can also follow discussions or users to respond more quickly to developments.
⚙️ How it works
👉 Follow a discussion:
- Open a discussion.
- Click the star icon in the top right.
- Choose whether to be notified for every reply, only mentions, or not at all.
👉 Follow a topic:
- Open a topic.
- Click the star icon in the top right.
- Choose your notification preference.
👉 Follow a user:
- Go to a member’s profile.
- Click “Edit” in the top right.
- Select “Follow”.
- By default, “Don’t follow” is selected. You can choose from three options:

- Don’t follow: No notifications about this member’s activity.
- Follow discussions: Get notified when the member starts a new discussion.
- Follow everything: Get notified about both new discussions and posts from the followed member.
