I will shortly be moving house, so I wanted to inform Sunrise of this. After opening the Sunrise website I was directed to the mysunrise account. I tried to login to my account in mysunrise, but had forgotten the password. I requested a temporary code to be sent to my phone, so that I could proceed. However, no matter how often I tried, I received neither code nor text on my phone, although my data is correct and I haven’t blocked Sunrise. This means that I have absolutely no way of communicating with Sunrise, because all apps proceed via mysunrise. This is extremely tiresome. Any suggestions?
