Why Sunrise is blocking Custom DNS Server?

But for me not even Google is now working as DNS:

Why is Sunrise blocking me for choosing my own DNS provider and how can I fix this?
Also, when I enable a VPN client on my router, it works.

hansheiri2 Check in MySunrise if you have Sunrise Surf Protect active: https://www.sunrise.ch/en/general/security
That will block the use of third party DNS servers.

@pato Thanks. I saw in other discussions similar mentions and deactivated it. Now it works. Seriously?! Sunrise, again, just wasted hours with their unreasonable and intransparent locks.

Note to myself: Never sunrise internet again.
