Hello,

Since the middle of December 2024, I keep having internet interruptions for about 10 seconds or longer, depending on the day, happening as of the last week at least once/twice in an hour.

For my personal life and especially my work life, it has become quite bothersome so I would like to understand why the service has suddently starting having this problems regularly and systematically, after months with fairly few issues, and how it would be possible to solve this.

Please let me know what Iinformation i should provide from my side to help smooth this issue as soon as possible.
