Error code 0136 while reporting a move

I tried to report a move on the MySunrise page, but any time I try (I have been trying a few days), at the last step it responds with this:
An error occurred during the query. Please try again later. (0136)
Could anyone please help, what I could do about this?

I would like to ask you to contact our hotline on 0800 707 707. Please let them know that the move could not be carried out successfully. This way, a credit note may be issued for you.
