Hello.

For the last few days (starting on Monday, 6th) the Internet has been bouncing up and down throughout the day.

Can you tell me what the problem is? (in zip code 5512) and - more importantly - when you will fix it? and when will we have a stable internet connection again?

We are still having this problem (for instance, just 30 minutes ago the Internet dropped for a while).
