Dear community,

thank you in advance for your support. We moved to a bigger house and we have the ethernet signal cable going through the house, even in the basement. The question is, can I add a non-sunrise modem in the basement and configure it to work with our sunrise internet? or it is a must to have an extra sunrise modem?

    External modems cannot be added to our network as modems. Do you have a multimedia cabinet in which all rooms are supplied with Internet via LAN network sockets? Then your problem could be solved like this.
