New reinforcement for the Sunrise Community Team
Hello everyone, we are the new moderators of the Sunrise Community and are very much looking forward to strengthening the team. We would like to introduce ourselves individually.
Dear Community,
My name is Mattia and it is a great pleasure for me to be part of the Sunrise Community.
In the first two years of my training, I worked in customer service and took on tasks on the hotline. Now I’m really looking forward to completing my third year of training in the Community department.
I was impressed by the team and the team spirit within the department right from the start. The mutual support and strong team spirit are inspiring. I am therefore looking forward to this last year of my apprenticeship all the more.

Hello community,
My name is Jamiro and I am 19 years old. I’ve been working on the support hotline for the last 2 years as an apprentice customer dialog specialist and was responsible for administrative matters, among other things. Now I’m looking forward to my new role in the community.
I am enthusiastic about the platform and am looking forward to working with it this year. I am happy to take on the challenges that the community has to offer. Above all, however, I am looking forward to sharing knowledge and the opportunity to develop myself further.
