I have lost my internet connection since 10AM. I tried many options , rebooting modem, unplugging cables. It looks WIFI connection is OK but no connection to internet. I am using GigaBox from UPC

We had an error with some IP ranges that our modems receive. The error has been fixed and your modem should be online again.

I’m also without an internet connection since more than 2 hrs now. My Gigabox white circle keeps going in an out continuously. I can connect to the wi-fi but no internet.
Like the Original Poster, I have rebooted the box several times no, even leaving it off for a while and then turning it back on. It comes back to the same led going in and out. No internet connection though.
vollucris Your modem has been online again for 15 hours. Is your request still valid?
