I just received my Internet Box and got a public IPv4 address. But I was wondering: I set IPv6 to ON, and nothing happened.

Is there no dual-stack Internet with Sunrise Fiber?

  • Daniel8888 We do not have a dual stack IPv4 and IPv6. You can have either IPv4 or IPv6, which can be changed via support. We cannot tell you whether dual stack IPv4/IPv6 is coming.

    So…. IPv6 is the future, but Sunrise doesn’t really care to support it? It seems like Sunrise uses a 6to4 tunnel, not a real IPv6 infrastructure.

    Can anyone from Sunrise confirm/comment ?
