  • No roaming services in Malta with European plan

I am in Malta (EU country) without data roaming despite paying a European plan. I had the same issue in Dormbirn, Austria and Como Italy. This time I am here for several days and need a solution. The upc help phone number is not working and I get no answer on social media. Can someone please help me

We apologize for the problems with roaming. As a first step, I would ask you to check in the settings whether roaming is active. As the next step restart your phone. However, if both steps do not work, please contact our hotline. Our hotline can perform resets and check the sim card.

    Sunrise_Team I have done this but didn’t work. Unable to contact the helpline. There’s an error with the AVR. Call gets cut. I’m in Malta an unable to use the phone or internet m. There’s no way I will continue paying for the Europe plan

        CHHAZU I was never able to contact the helpline (AVR never worked) or get a solution. Luckily I am exactly on time to cancel my subscription. Terrible service.
