I moved address and ISP from Swisscom to Sunrise and my latency is much much higher, even though my down / upload is significantly higher then my old address.

is there anything that can be down to improve MS? Very disappointing 🙁

    We see 2 laptops connected to the 5GHz WIFI. Is one of these laptops affected? If so, can you connect them once as a test via LAN and test it again?

    We would also like to inform you that we cannot adjust peerings to reduce latency.

        Daniele_Sunrise Hi Daniele, thanks for your response, I was referring to my mobile device iPhone 14 Pro, not sure why but the MS will jump from 28-50-60 sometimes.
