No static comments really work for a continuing problem, does it? I tried calling you guys, happy to have a chat when you are actually free.
Signal drops, especially during night time. It’s a lagging screens shot for the ones with patience but a drop out, even exculison, for ones gaming, and I’m talking soft gaming. You need to wait for 23 times of reconnect.
Non-reliable wifi. un-responsive “customer care” ……..(side note, due not add the waiting times on hold of customers support; they’ll add, justs so you could hang up on me, twice.
So to make it clear, I’m a customer too and I will try to help you, but for that I need more information.
-So your Signal drops, does that mean, its completly gone? Internet, telephone and TV?
-can you please make a test here: Speed test – how fast is your Internet? | Sunrise it provides not only the speed but some more information about you signal
