Hello community!
This is really my last option because the support from Sunrise in the last 2 weeks has been incredibly bad and we are now 2 weeks wihtout Internet at home in a city like Geneva… not in the middle of Africa…
Sunrise sent us a new router and since then we have no internet at all.
The status I see for the “WAN Status” is “Connection down”
And no one is able to either fix the problem or tell me how to.
No one comes to check and no one gives me an update.
Is there anything I can try to do on my side to fix it?
