I have an old UPC contract and the cable connection at my apartment is still billed to me by my landlord. With my latest Nebenkosten bill, they have charged me a ridiculously high amount for the cable connection that I would like to dispute. How much should this cost per month? Is it still 39.90/mo?

Correct, the cable connection costs about 39.90 CHF / month. If you are in a partner network of UPC, the fees can be lower. For more information please contact our customer service 0800 66 88 66.
Please note that the new products of Sunrise and also the Happy Home products of UPC already include the cable connection fees in the monthly subscription costs. If you change your subscription to one of these products, the cable connection fees will no longer be charged separately.
