I have connected the aerial antenna cable to my second 2-hole socket but the TV search cannot find any channel. The TV is not new but has DVB integrated, and couldn´t find how to setup the netword ID and/or frequency either.
I read about “ unsealing” the socket on UPC web, but as said internet is working fine, and the guys from Sunrise shop mentioned the option for TV channels had to be activated on my account, but they couldn´t do it since UPC customers service is done only online.
Internet is working fine with the cable from the socket to the GigaBox so not sure what else needs to be done.
Any idea what could I do to watch channels on TV without using the app ?
