Question: I have switched from UPC to Sunrise, as part of promotions and discounts i was supposed to get “Apple AirPods Pro 2. Generation”. I still haven’t received them yet, who should i reach out to?

no luck to connect to the customer care number!

Same thing happened to me as in the subject.

I’ve bought the iPhone 14 Pro with new subscription from Sunrise - the phone arrived after a few weeks but no Airpods.
