Hi, I’m porting two mobiles to Sunrise, but I’m having troubles in finishing the process. For the first mobile, the problem was apparently wrong information in the form. For the second mobile, the problem was that the number was prepaid and my current provider registered it in the name of another person.
For the first mobile, we filled in the form again and returned it by letter. For the second mobile, it was asked me to send an SMS to 499 with the word ja to continue the process.
I did both, but received none update of the status of the portings. Actually, yesterday, I called the helpdesk team and tried to check the status of the porting which I have sent the new form by letter, but the person on the phone said that you haven’t received the letter yet and the status was the same. I found this strange as I posted the letter on the first week of December.
I’m trying to contact you here because I’m travelling abroad tomorrow (Monday - Dec 12) and this was the only channel I found to contact you by internet. I want to make sure that you have all you need from my side to conclude the porting and no more delays will happen. I’m more concerned that further delays will make the the porting to not be concluded up to Dec 14, which is the due date for the process and if not me I’ll have to pay a fine.
I’m following this discussion to see what are the next steps, to where I need to send the detailed information private.
