Thanks for following op on that question, I had the same problem and resetting gave me access again.
However, for some reason now the internet sometimes randomly cuts out for a couple of minutes to half an hour unless if I pull the power and plug it back in.
I tried running the diagnostics after a disconnect and it just gives a red triangle with an exclamation mark for the broadband service. I didn’t have such issues before the switch to IPv4.
The last entry In the networklog refers to “no ranging response received, T3 time-out”
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I could try another reset but I’m not sure if this will help.
