  • Hello. When we made a decision to switch to Sunrise from Swixxcom, we asked the Sunrise agent if our old Swixxcom WLAN-Box will work to provide a WiFi signal in our home’s lower level, as we have a very weak signal there. She said yes. I have tried to connect/pair the Sunrise Internet Box to the Swixxcom WLAN-Box (via Ethernet/WPS) and it does not connect. Can you please: Let me know if it is possible to pair the Sunrise Internet Box to a competitor’s WLAN-Box? If not, can you recommend a product that will give us full WiFi coverage at home? We prefer one that is hardwired (Ethernet) to our network versus WiFi connection (such as the Connect Pods). Thank you!!!

  • We switched the PS5 to another TV (LG) and all works fine. We never had a problem with the PS5 & Samsung TV until we switched to Sunrise. I’ll check to see if there are some settings in the Samsung TV menu that could be giving us this glitch. Thank you!

  • We switched to Sunrise at the beginning of July. From the start, we have had issues with our PS5 hook up. From what we see, all is connected properly, and we have had some luck playing games on the system. But, we encounter frequent screen glitching. This is not a now-and-then occurrence, but rather a daily thing. Sometimes its so bad, that we cannot play because we get the blank screen every 10 seconds or so. Please advise what can be done to make this issue go away. Thanks!
