Feedback to my post. Finally I discover the problem. Not exactely clear why but it was a problem with my network card. It took time but UPC make his part to support in the issue.

Ich wurde von einem UPC-Mitarbeiter überredet, meine 250 Mb/s Geschwindigkeit auf 500Mb/s zu erhöhen. Dies habe ich befolgt. Leider! Denn jetzt stelle ich fest, dass mein vorheriger Mittelwert von 230Mb/s nach dieser “Erhöhung” auf einen Mittelwert von 80 Mb/s gesunken ist. Mehrere Besprechungen mit dem technischen Support von UPC haben nichts gebracht und fast zwei Wochen später bekomme ich die Antwort, dass die Gründe für die Verlangsamung auf meiner Seite sind. Dies, obwohl nichts an meinem PC geändert wurde. Ich habe festgestellt, dass andere Benutzer ähnliche Probleme mit der Internet-Geschwindigkeit von UCP haben. Ich habe viele skurrile Erklärung bekommen, wieso meine Geschwindigkeit nun langsam ist. Diese reichten von Kabel, über Netzwerkkarte bis zu Software. Aber, vorher hat alles i.O. funktioniert.
Thank you for the info. Well, that means I will need to cancel my subscription with UPC for VOIP and get antother from Callcentric (for exemple). I tried many times to get my setting from UPC without sucess.

I would like to use the CISCO SPA112, once the Ubee is not available anymore. However it demands a lot of configuration parameters that I don’t know (e.g. proxy address, userID, password, outbound proxy, etc). Could you give me a hint?

Ich habe dasselbe Problem. Meine Alarmanlage funktioniert nur bei der DTMF Code- Uebertragung. UPC Connect Box filtert die DTMF Toene. Von was ich weiss NO change.
UPC hat auch nicht die technische Faehigkeit unsere Frage zu beantworten.
