I also got this error recently while going through relocation in the app. I spoke with one of the Sunrise agents; they know these problems and are trying to fix them soon. Meanwhile, you can request relocation by phone call through 0800 707 707.

I wanted to arrange a callback with an agent through the app. However, when I chose “Arrange a callback,” I landed on the page “page not found.”
I have been attempting to call 0800 707 600 for the past 1 hour and 40 minutes, but I have been unable to connect to anyone. The call gets disconnected after two rings.
Relocation through the app “Report the move” lands on the page was not found. I could chat with an agent and she suggested me to call 0800 707 600 but no one answers the call.
