  • Hello, I lost connection to the internet after unplugging my box. I then tried everything that I was told to: 1) unplug the box 2) reset the box. Repeated those steps a few times but no success. I then this morning ran the Sunrise remote diagnostic test and it came back telling that everything was in order but I still have no internet. Would appreciate your insights to tell me what I could try next
