I have checked your request very carefully, as I could see, you made the move via MyUPC on 13.08.2020 and as move date you have chosen 06.09.2020.
And because we now saw that you can’t receive UPC services at the new address, we had to cancel your products with one month’s notice. So cancellation is now entered 31.10.2020. 1 month termination period, but always at the end of the month.
But since you have already informed us about the move in August, I will now make an exception and change the cancellation period to the end of September. This means that your cancellation from the UPC services are now effective from 30.09.2020 I officially confirm this.
