An Error Occurred Sorry, the video cannot be played at this time.

I have registered and logged in.  When I go to Live Channels and click on a channel, the program starts and immediately stops. I got an error message, video cannot be watched at this time.  I get the same error message with every channel. I use safari, macos 10.12.4 and silverlight 5.1.50901.0. thanks.
