Unlocking 5g router

I’m looking for advice on how to request a network (SIM) unlock for my Sunrise 5G router, as I am moving my residence outside Switzerland and will need to use a local SIM.

OPPO 5G CPE T1a

The router is no longer required for use on the Sunrise network. Could someone please advise on the correct procedure to request an official unlock, or confirm whether this can be done via customer support?

Usually, the equipment sent by Sunrise belongs to them - you’re only “borrowing” it during your contract.

Once the contract ends, you’ll need to return it either to a Sunrise shop or by using some kind of pre-paid postage label to attach to the box it originally came in.
