Hello - Writting here as it has been a nightmare since I placed my order on Nov 18th (One month and a half ago…)
I have not yet received the installation package, despite endless calls with Sunrise supporting call. No one in the calls seem to know how to provide me a solution. They always promise I will be soon contacted by a manager, but I never receive a call back. I am desperately asking for a solution this week, or a full cancellation and refund of the service. Of this is the reactivity expected from a security service provider, not sure my home will be in good hands honestly….
