On November 10th, I renewed my internet subscription over the phone. During the call, the representative who extended my contract promised to send me the newest modem free of charge. He mentioned it would support up to 2.5 Gbit/s — I believe he was referring to the Connect Box 3, although I’m not completely sure.
It has now been almost a month, and I still haven’t received the modem. Could you please check whether it has been sent?
