I don't have an IPTV Box, but from my view, the Box should return to the previous watched TV-channel when turned on and not a random one. It might feel like it, when you watch something on replay when the box gets turned off.
Also, did you check if the correct profile is set to be loaded on the box?
Btw opening a discussion on the community, isn't opening a ticket with Sunrise. Only your previous discussion has been closed. It usually happens after 3 to 4 months without any activities on the post.
To open a ticket, call the hotline 0800 707 707 and raise your concern there?
