I’m a Sunrise mobile customer and I’m experiencing two issues with my line:
1️⃣ Outgoing Caller ID:
When I call people (for example, my father), the number sometimes shows as “Unknown” or as a random number from another country (e.g., a French number).
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Checked Settings → Phone → Show My Caller ID (it’s ON)
Turned it off and back on multiple times
Restarted my iPhone
Tried Airplane Mode on/off
Verified Wi-Fi Calling is OFF
Installed the latest carrier settings update
Removed and reinserted the SIM card
Despite this, my calls still do not show my real number. Could you please check that outgoing caller ID (CLIP) is correctly enabled for my line and properly registered in your network?
2️⃣ EU Roaming / Internet Speed:
I am currently in Greece, roaming on Cosmote.
My iPad with a local Greek SIM gets full signal bars and fast internet at the same location.
My Sunrise phone, which should have unlimited EU data, shows fewer bars and very slow internet.
This indicates that there may be an issue with my roaming profile or unlimited data provisioning. Could you please verify that my EU roaming settings are correctly activated and that my unlimited internet works properly on local networks?
I have tried to get in touch by phone but no luck, your AI does not get me through or someone says “there is an error” and the line is cut off. I cannot find an email anywhere. I have been a customer more then 10 years and many family members , even longer than that. The problems this last year and more are getting harder and harder to ignore. I kindly ask you get in touch with me, or give me some sure way to get in touch with you.
