This issue started on Friday morning around 9. Our Connect Box 3 (non-fiber) suddenly began disconnecting repeatedly. After powering it off for a while and turning it back on, it worked fine for a few hours, but the same problem returned later.
Overnight into Saturday, the box stopped showing any signs of life. When powering it on, there is no response. Looking closer, when its first powered, the green LED on the power adapter lights up and the box has a buzzing sound. After about 10 seconds, the light turns off and the buzzing stops. A few seconds later, it starts again, the buzzing and light cycle repeatedly without stabilizing.
We then tried connecting the old Connect Box 2, but it wont connect at all, the ring light just keeps flashing with no change.
