Bonjour. Ayez un Google Pixel 8 Pro avec ESIM qui fonctionne bien (je ne suis pas sur un contrat prépayé). J'ai obtenu le nouveau Pixel 10 Pro et je ne peux pas transférer le profil SSIM ou scanner le QRCODE. Le message dit que ESIM est utilisé par un autre appareil, mais sur mon P8 Pro, j'ai désactivé et supprimé l'ESIM. Pourquoi avec Sunrise n'est pas possible d'utiliser le profil de transfert comme avec d'autres fournisseurs. Pourquoi je ne peux pas scanner le QRCODE et ajouter à mon nouveau P10 Pro. Good morning.
Have a Google Pixel 8 Pro with eSim that works fine (I’m not on a prepaid contract).
Got the new Pixel 10 Pro and I cannot transfer the sSim profile or scan the QRcode. Message says eSim is being used by another device, but on my P8 Pro I disabled and deleted the eSim.
Why with Sunrise is not possible to use the transfer profile like with other providers.
Why I cannot scan the QRcode and added to my new P10 Pro.

Risolto. eSim è associata al dispositivo. Se si acquista un nuovo prodotto si deve richiedere una nuova esim.
