unstable connection

Démarré tout récemment, je suis confronté à une instabliité continue de la connexion. Un moniteur en ligne et les résultats le confirment. J'ai durement redémarré mon modem / routeur, et cela s'est amélioré pendant 1 jour. Depuis lors, je dois redémarrer régulièrement le modem, mais sans beaucoup d'amélioration. Started just recently, I’m facing continous instabliity of connection. tried some online monitor and results confirm this. I have hard rebooted my modem/router, and it improved for 1 day. since then i have to regularly restart the modem, but without much of an improvement. can this be investigated please as it’s impacting my work as wel

Piotras The signal values of your modem are OK. We can see that you have not connected anything via LAN. Our recommendation here would be to use a LAN cable for those devices that need to have an uninterrupted connection and good latency.

One device in your setup has a poor QoS. You would have to reposition the modem or set up WIFI mesh extenders so that the line is more stable. I can’t say whether the latency will then also be lower. You can also use the Connect app to optimize your WIFI.
