Mislead/Misinformed in Rapperswil Store

My wife and I both got new cellphone contracts, these were both on a Samsung Promotion that included Samsung Tags as part of the deal.

This was back in July 2025. The salesperson told us they’ll be delivered via Samsung within 7 working days.

I’ve been back into store 3weeks thereafter to check why I haven’t received such, was told they’ll check and was again told it’ll be there within 7 working days.

Its now mid September….. ? I still do not have two sets of Samsung Tags.

I don’t have the time to get to the store every week to chase these salespeople for what I was promised?!?! What now?!?????

You can call Support 0800 707 707 and ask them about your order. They might be able to assist you on this matter.

Maybe the @Sunrise_Team will be able to provide some information. They aren’t around on weekends, so you’ll have to wait at least ’till Monday.
