Extender not recognized

Je viens de recevoir une nouvelle boîte Connect 3. Il a été activé aujourd'hui, donc commuté My Connect 2 Box. J'ai 2 extendeurs WiFi. R les a branchés et allumés, téléchargé l'application Connect et ne peut pas les ajouter dans le réseau. Aussi oon que je vais ajouter, c'est dire que le WiFi Extender n'a pas été reconnu \ * Aucun appareil trouvé " J'ai activé et éteint, branché, réinitialisé, supprimé et réinstallé l'application… rien ne fonctionne pour les reconnaître. Très frustrant. Des idées?

Just got a new connect 3 box. It was activated today, so switched form my Connect 2 box. I have 2 WiFi extenders. R Plugged them in and turned on, downloaded Connect App and cannot add them into network. As oon as I go to add is says WiFi extender not recognized *No Device found"

I have turned on and off, plugged in, reset, deleted and re-installed app…nothing works to recognize them.

Very frustrating. Any ideas?

The Extenders need to be bond to the new Connect Box 3 by Sunrise. Usually they wait ’till the old modem gets back to them to do that.

You can call 0800 707 707 and ask them for help. The only one able to help on the community is @Daniele_Sunrise , maybe he can add the Extenders for you.
