Hi everyone, at one point i wanted to see what are the requirements of reporting a move in mysunrise. I went along the steps until having to report the new socket id from the new apartment, that’s where i canceled and thought about coming back again once i get the new oto id from the new ap. Now i have the new socket id, but i am facing the following issue when trying to start the report a move procedure. Has anyone faced this issue?
