    In order to give an answer or provide help, more specific information is needed.

        Xydocq basically i have good levels of upload and download , but everytime i get into a game , my ping goes from 10 to 1000 every 10 seconds , with big packet losses and jitter problems

            If you have a connection based on IPv6 you could call 0800 707 707 and request IPv4 be activated on your connection.
