Dear all , I have just moved in to this new apartment in geneve, I have ordered and received the sunrise box3 modem. I found the oto prise with the Id number that I used also during the contract purchase. Now I’m installing the modem but I realize that the prise is present, I can se also the optic fiber inside the prise but the connector to plug the cable is not present. So I’m not able to connect. Who knows what I need to do to get this fixed? Thank you.
