I switched my subscription on 04/11 because I want fiber for my internet. Sunrise salesperson asked for my optical fiber number and I gave her. 3 weeks later I received a normal connect box 3 with no fiber. So i contacted Sunrise again and this time the agent told me that the salesperson did not order fiber for my address. I was already annoyed but okay, the agent said that they will place a fiber order for me and It was on the 25/11. The order status is still “being reviewed”. It has been 5 Weeks since I started the switching. 5 week.

Oh now I received an email saying that my order has been sent. After 5 weeks and multiple times of contacting support. Didnt even get a reply here. I’m really not appreciate how Sunrise practice their business.

I received the fiber connect box 3 but no activation message. So I contacted support and got told to call activation department. Then I called the activation department and the support told me that my fiber line isnt finished and its not up to Sunrise but its up to Swisscom? And he told me that the salesperson shouldnt had offer me the deal.

But the thing is, I checked my address on Swisscom Availability Checker and it said I do have fiber connection available. What is this?????? What do I do now?

Turned out its the fiber of my apartment is not finished, and the salesperson could see it all along but still offered me the package of fiber 🙂. I’m asking for a deduction but have no answer yet.
