Hi,

i havent received the internet bill for 10/2024 so I tried to log in to my UPC account and it said my account has been closed. What can I do now?

    Have you been migrated to Sunrise?
    Perhaps you have to use mySunrise instead?

      KhanhR Even if your MyUPC account is closed, you can still surf the menus and download your bills. However, we will not see any outstanding bills on your account.

          Daniele_Sunrise Well the thing is i checked my inbox and I did receive a bill from Sunrise for my upc Internet for October but when I checked in my UPC, they said my contract has been terminated, I have never requested to cancel the contract.

                  KhanhR You were moved to the sowndowning comtract. Not your choice to make. Sundown only cares about taking your money.

                  Try resetting your sundrise account PW with your upc e-mail address. Maybe they did think of that, but that would mean, that sunrise could hire AND keep a good PM.
