  • record - can it be scheduled?

hello, I did try before the get the answer via the chat but the person did not know the answer and in the end the only option given was to go to a sunrise store to get a demo…

how does the record function work? can I schedule it in advance, based on the entry from the program or only when the program is live I can start recording?

also, if I miss to schedule something, can I record a replay?

I found it rather frustration the support people cannot answer basic questions on the functionality of their products. I do not want to make the abo and then see I am stuck with a subscription for 12 months that I cannot use for what I wanted (recording of sports programs)

        I have seen that already and that only recordings can be accessed when outside CHE.

        My question was more of a practicality: how do you record, can it be done in advance based on the program or only when the program is “live”?

        There is 7 days replay, can a program from replay be recorded?

        I am looking to record the 21 stages of the Tour de France, the only reason I would make the subscription is for the month of July when TdF is running. As I work when the stages start I cannot be available when the programs starts to hit record, hence the question of either program in advance or record a replay session.

            You can program recordings during live TV or beforehand.

            There is 7 days replay, can a program from replay be recorded?
            Yes, it is also possible to make a recording within the 7 days of replay.
